The Mauritius Post Foreign Exchange Co. Ltd (MPFE) was incorporated as a private company limited by shares on the 26th October 2017, with the Mauritius Post Ltd (MPL) as its sole shareholder.
The Mauritius Post Foreign Exchange Co. Ltd (MPFE) was incorporated as a private company limited by shares on the 26 October 2017, with the Mauritius Post Ltd (MPL) as its sole shareholder. The motive for initiating this company is to offer Foreign Exchange Services to the public in Mauritius. In this context, the MPFE applied for a Foreign Exchange Dealer’s License and same was eventually approved and granted by the Bank of Mauritius in December 2017.
As a Foreign Exchange Dealer, the Company is authorized to offer Money Transfer, Money Exchange and Wire Transfer Services at its dedicated Outlets of Post Offices. The Company’s main focus is on Customer Centricity, ensuring that customers are being provided with good quality of service and satisfaction at all levels. In addition, as an ease of accessibility to all prospective customers, the MPFE is ensuring its presence in all regions of the Mauritius, and be closer to their doorstep.

The MAURITIUS POST FOREIGN EXCHANGE CO. LTD (MPFE) is Licensed by the Bank of Mauritius as a Foreign Exchange Dealer to offer Money Transfer and Money Exchange Services. The MPFE hereby invites Expression of Interest for enlistment of eligible proprietors for the Renting of Building consisting of 175 – 250 square metres for office and storage space in Port Louis, in the vicinity of the Bank of Mauritius, and within a radius of approximately 500 metres.
The office should meet the basic requirements as stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2005 in particular to the requirement for fire measures. The desired office space shall meet the

Interested parties are requested to submit their EOI and supporting documentation in sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Rental of Office Space” to the attention of the Managing Director, Mauritius Post Foreign Exchange Co. Ltd, 1, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis. The EOI should be sent via Registered Letter on the afore mentioned address not later than Monday 22nd July 2024 by 14.00hrs.
